(The Valley,
Anguilla) - In a closely fought match against North
Valley, the team from South Valley emerged champions
of the Orlando Johnson memorial Football Tournament
with a score of 1-0; the lone goal of the match
coming from Junior Lewis. To top off their win,
South Valley’s goalie Chaka Hodge was named MVP of
the tournament.
In the match
to determine the third and fourth place winners,
North Side opened up on Lower Valley, completing a
convincing 3-1 win. Jason Hodge scored 2 of the 3
North Side goals and Brent Warner chipped in with
one, while Kharim Reed scored the lone goal in the
Lower Valley’s bid for third place.

of the tournament, the Valley Youth Sports and
Culture Club would like to thank the following

the Tournament: The Department of Sports, under the
leadership of Mr. Alkins Rogers; the Anguilla
